WHAT YOU DO (FOR TANTRIKA)
Hello, Kula! Lovely to connect with you here and share a piece of my heart as a part of the wider Tantrika family. I have been at the heart of TI since the very beginning—before we even had a name, a retreat center, or anything beyond a twinkle in the eye of the Goddess.
Since that time, I have woven and worn the shoes of Online Education & Marketing Director for this fledgling organization. In other words, I hold the vision and direction for all the content and communications we share through Tantrika Institute. I lend my expertise in the digital business landscape to uplift the teachings and tradition I have fallen so deeply in love with, while holding a commitment to respect and integrity as a voice in the international yoga community. To get specific, I have designed the blueprint for our online school and am the key producer behind all our online courses and other digital learning content (like webinars, seminars, satsangs, and more). I also direct the marketing & communications strategy and lead the team of talented practitioners/creators who spread the good word about all the opportunities to learn we share.
For the most part, I am the “woman behind the curtain” supporting the essential creative functions necessary to bring Tantrika alive online and in your hands. I am passionate about leadership and supporting this beautiful team as we dedicate our shared mission to make these teachings accessible and available to you—our global Kula.
WHY YOU DO WHAT YOU DO

My background and degree is in marketing and education. Since the beginning I have felt inspired by the capacity marketing has to spread benefical work, teachers and ideas into the world. I have always appreciated and approached marketing for its positive impact potential. I began to take that more seriously when I started my own business, SOULPWR Creative, where I have dedicated myself to serving conscious brands and teachers who are doing integrally and beneficial work for the good of all. I find it deeply gratifying to put my business expertise to work for teachers who are committed to spreading wisdom but don’t have bandwidth to effectively share all the beautiful work and service they do every day.
Through SOULPWR, I work with my clients (including Tantrika!) to uplift and awaken humanity by making wisdom teachings accessible, no matter where you are in the world.
I connected with Hareesh and Shaiva Tantra many years ago and was deeply inspired by its universally embracing approach to Life and all beings. It really resonates with my heart. I found Hareesh to be an incredible channel for these Universal Truths to be shared. As a leader and director at Tantrika Institute, I feel grateful and fulfilled knowing the work I do every day has the opportunity to ripple forth in an immeasurable way. To touch, inspire, heal, and ultimately awaken every being who greets this tradition with a willingness to remember who they truly are. This is why I do what I do.

WHAT YOU DO (FOR FUN)
Can I say my sadhana? Hah! Honestly, my spiritual path is in so many ways the most “fun” I can have. Of course it’s much more than that, but in terms of what I do in my free time, my practice is front and center. Some of my other favorite pastimes are: cooking, hiking, yoga asana, having deep conversations with friends and family, and exploring the depths of our Human Experience together. I love to travel when I can, and I love to explore and learn through other cultures. I read a lot, am a nerdy life-long student, and am usually found studying wisdom cultures in one way or another..
When it comes to spirituality, fun isn’t an all-encompassing word, but a lot of my joy comes through my spiritual life — whether it’s singing at kirtan, dancing with my community, sharing a meal, or hiking in communion with Mother Nature. Spirituality is at the heart of my life.
WHAT YOU DO (FOR SPIRITUAL PRACTICE)

After a decade of spiritual exploration, I have finally gained clarity on my path and have found a home in two traditions. I deeply study NST through Hareesh’s teachings. This includes Awareness Cultivation practice with daily meditation, as well as nourishing my Energy Body with lots of grounding practice to balance out my rather high-frequency Vata disposition. I am also invested in yoga asana practice as a way of experiencing spirituality through my physical body. The other tradition I practice is rooted in the Native Ways. Through these teachings I experience the aliveness of the natural world and the Sacredness of all beings. I believe everything has a Beingness—is Consciousness—and through this awareness, long for a world where we all can awaken to the Truth of our inseparable connection from Mother Nature and All Beings. Native American teachings are deeply anchored in this Truth. The primitive approach to spirituality is grounded through the Earth, but there is Sacredness and Divinity in (as) the All. I find these two traditions to be so beautifully mirrored in each other, in a way that deepens and amplifies my own realization and understanding of the Truth both paths are pointing to and anchored.

A GIFT OR CREATION YOU’D LIKE TO SHARE
I am very passionate and purposeful about addressing and resolving imbalances in business culture in the modern world. I believe our Life’s Work has been co-opted by organizations that are not acting in benefit of the whole. We have shifted away from community orientation rather than deepening our commitment to care for one another. I experience this approach to be antithetical to a Nondual perspective. I am passionate about dismantling these structures that are designed to disadvantage the majority and benefit so few.
I believe a powerful way we can do this is to look towards the natural world. Here, we see how an ecosystem of diverse beings can thrive and work together. In this exploration, I am working through SOULPWR Creative for ways we can learn to transform these patterns that we have internalized through generations of acting this way. We can create a new way forward that honors the value and Life of all beings. I am directly doing this through not only our own internal organization, but through teaching, business coaching and consulting. I am committed to teaching others how to adopt this alignment as conscious leaders in their own life. To have a ripple effect of conscious leadership in the world. We are taking back our right to a more empowered, healing, and balanced way of working in the world. This is my Life’s Work, and (may it be so) my gift back to Life.

PARTING THOUGHTS
I would like this community to know that I am so grateful for the opportunity to support this tradition in such a personal way. I have learned through lived experience how deep these teachings run. They can open you up to more peace, love, bliss and many things that contribute to having a truly good life. I feel purposeful in giving back the gift these teachings have blessed me with.
I thank each of you for showing up for yourself and I hope you feel how much love and support and presence we hold for each of you as you walk your own path through life.
